Welcome to Free To Be

Hi! I’m Vicky, an ADHD and neurodiversity coach with a deep, lived understanding of what it means to navigate life with a differently wired brain. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 31, after years of wondering why the world seemed to move in a rhythm I couldn’t quite match. That diagnosis didn’t just give me clarity — it gave me compassion for myself, and a passion for helping others find the same.
My coaching is rooted in real experience. I know the overwhelm, the pressure to “keep up,” the constant mental juggling, and the exhaustion that comes from masking. I also know the creativity, the intensity, the humour, and the spark that so many neurodivergent people carry. My work is about helping you understand your brain, honour your strengths, and build a life that feels more aligned and less like a battle.
I’m also a mum to two incredible neurodiverse children, which means I understand the parenting side too — the love, the advocacy, the chaos, and the moments when it all feels like too much. Supporting neurodivergent families is something I care about deeply, because I live it from the inside.
My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. A space where difference is celebrated, not fixed. A space where you can breathe, explore, and grow at your own pace.
If you’re ready to understand yourself more fully and build a life that works with your brain — not against it — I’m here to walk that path with you.
