Terms & Conditions

Free to Be Coaching

1. About this agreement

These Terms & Conditions explain how I offer coaching services and what you can expect when working with me. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms. My aim is to keep everything clear, respectful, and grounded in mutual trust.

2. What coaching is (and isn’t)

My work focuses on ADHD coaching for adults. Coaching is a supportive, forward‑looking process that helps you build awareness, strategies, and confidence in how you work and live.

Coaching is not:

  • therapy or counselling

  • medical advice or treatment

  • a crisis or emergency service

I am trained in ADHD coaching, but I am not medically qualified and cannot diagnose or advise on medical conditions. If you ever need medical, therapeutic, or crisis support, please contact an appropriate professional or service.

3. Who I work with

Coaching is offered to adults aged 18 and over.
I offer one‑to‑one coaching online and in person. Group coaching may be added in the future.

4. What you can expect from me

I will:

  • provide a supportive, non‑judgemental space

  • keep our sessions focused on your goals

  • maintain professional boundaries

  • treat your information with care and confidentiality

  • let you know if I need to reschedule or change a session

5. Your role as the client

Coaching works best when we both show up fully. I ask that you:

  • arrive on time and ready to engage

  • take responsibility for your own decisions and wellbeing

  • let me know about any accessibility needs

  • seek appropriate professional help if you need medical or mental‑health support

6. Fees and payment

All fees are clearly stated at the time of booking.
Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

Life happens, and I aim to be flexible while keeping my schedule workable.

  • Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours notice.

  • Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time.

8. Confidentiality

Everything you share in coaching is treated as confidential. The only exceptions are:

  • you give permission for something to be shared

  • I am legally required to disclose information

  • I believe there is a risk of harm to you or someone else

For group coaching (when offered), confidentiality is a shared responsibility among all participants.

9. Online sessions

For online coaching, please choose a private, comfortable space where you feel able to talk openly.
You are responsible for your internet connection and environment.
If technical issues arise, we’ll handle them with understanding and reschedule if needed.

10. Data protection

Your personal information is handled in line with UK GDPR.
I keep minimal notes for professional purposes.
You can request access to your data at any time.
Full details are available in my Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Coaching is a collaborative process, and you remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
I cannot guarantee specific results, and I am not liable for any loss, harm, or decisions arising from coaching.

13. Complaints or concerns

If something doesn’t feel right, please let me know so we can address it together. I value open, respectful communication.

14. Updates to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated occasionally. The most current version will always be available on my website.
