Refund Policy
Free to Be Coaching
1. Purpose of this policy
This policy explains when refunds are available for coaching sessions and programmes. It’s designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive for both of us, recognising that life can be unpredictable while also honouring the time and preparation that goes into each session.
2. Single sessions
Single coaching sessions are refundable under the following conditions:
Full refund if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice.
No refund if you cancel with less than the required notice or do not attend the session.
If I need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund — whichever you prefer.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be refunded or extended.
3. Coaching packages
Packages are designed to support longer‑term progress. Because of this, refunds work slightly differently:
You may request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase.
Any sessions already used will be charged at the standard single‑session rate, and the remainder will be refunded.
After the refund window has passed, packages are non‑refundable, but sessions can still be rescheduled within the agreed timeframe.
If I am unable to continue providing the package for any reason, you will receive a refund for any remaining sessions.
4. Group coaching programmes (future offering)
For group programmes, refunds are available only if:
You cancel a minimum of 48 hours before the programme begins, in which case you will receive a full refund.
Once the programme has started, refunds are not available due to the nature of group scheduling and limited spaces.
If the programme is cancelled by me, all participants will receive a full refund.
5. Technical issues for online sessions
If a session is disrupted by technical problems on my side, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
If the issue is on your side, we will try to resolve it together, but the session may still be counted if the disruption prevents us from continuing.
6. Changing your mind
Coaching is a collaborative process, and it’s important that it feels right for you. If at any point you feel the work isn’t a good fit, please let me know so we can talk about it. Refunds will follow the terms above, but I will always aim to handle the conversation with care and respect.
7. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email me at vicky@freetobecoaching.co.uk with your name, the session or package purchased, and the reason for your request. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 10 working days.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated occasionally. The most current version will always be available on my website.
