Coaching Services
One-to-One Coaching - In Person or Online
One‑to‑one coaching sessions are a calm, grounding space created just for you. Together, we explore your challenges, your wins, and the goals you want to move toward. It's a guided conversation, helping you untangle thoughts, build clarity and self confidence, and find practical strategies that actually work for ADHD brains. Each session is tailored to you, with plenty of room for pauses, processing time, and being human. The goal is simple: to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to take your next steps with confidence.
In person sessions are based in Barnsley South Yorkshire.
Block of Six One-to-One Coaching sessions
If you’re ready for deeper, more consistent support, you can book a block of six one‑to‑one coaching sessions, these are available in person or online. This option gives you steady, ongoing space to explore what’s coming up for you, build strategies that actually work for your brain, and create real momentum over time.
Booking a block also saves you £40 so you pay the cost of five sessions, making it a supportive and cost‑effective way to invest in yourself while having regular, reliable sessions to look forward to.

You may notice that I have reduced my prices and here's why.
I have made the decision to keep my coaching prices accessible because I know first‑hand how hard ADHD can make life, and how much of a difference the right support can make. I’ve been through the overwhelm, the self‑doubt, the “I wish someone could just help me make sense of this” moments. That’s why I became a coach. My goal has always been to make support easier to reach, not harder. For me, fair pricing isn’t about being “cheap”; it’s about staying true to my values, my lived experience, and my belief that everyone deserves guidance without worrying about whether they can afford it. I’m here to make a real difference, and keeping my sessions accessible is one of the ways I honour that commitment.
For Adults, Teens and Parents
For Adults, Teens and Parents
Who is ADHD coaching for?
Parents of ADHD children - Diagnosed or suspected
ADHD coaching can be a game-changer for parents who often feel exhausted, confused, or like you’re constantly hitting your head against a brick wall. Parenting a neurodivergent child can be tough, and when you don’t yet have the right tools and strategies, it can lead to tension, misunderstandings, and a relationship that is far from what you pictured when you held that tiny bundle of joy in your arms all those years ago. Coaching helps you make sense of your child’s behaviour, emotions and struggles through a compassionate ADHD lens so you can rebuild connection and learn practical strategies that reduce stress for everyone. It’s about strengthening the bond between you and your child so both of you feel understood, supported, and on the same team again.
Teens - Diagnosed or suspected
ADHD coaching supports teens in discovering how their brains work and how to use their strengths to navigate school, friendships, and growing independence. Understanding themselves sooner rather than later can make a huge difference — it helps them build confidence, reduce overwhelm, and develop tools they can carry into adulthood. Coaching offers practical strategies for organisation, emotional regulation, and self‑advocacy, all delivered in a friendly, relatable way that helps them feel understood rather than judged.
Adults - Diagnosed or suspected
ADHD coaching for adults offers a calm, structured space to understand your mind, build confidence, and create routines that actually work for you. Whether you’re juggling work, home life, or the emotional weight of feeling “behind,” coaching helps you untangle overwhelm, strengthen executive functioning skills, and move forward with clarity and self‑compassion. It’s about learning to thrive, not just cope.
